Step 1- Paperwork

Is this your first scan? If so, print out the paperwork on the documents page and fill it out!

If this is NOT your first scan, and you already have your paperwork on file then skip to STEP 2

Pick only ONE of the following samples to send us:

Hair- Put approximately 5-10 strands of your hair into a small ziplock bag. It does not need to include the root, but it should be fresh (not from your shower drain or floor).

Nail Clippings- Add 3-5 freshly clipped nail samples into a ziplock bag.

Put your sample into a regular envelope and text 512-537-3479 for the mailing address

As soon as your sample arrives you will receive a confirmation text. When you get this text, it is time to book your scan!

You will book your scan through the link below. You will receive a zoom link for a 30 minute consultation to go over your results. Results will be sent through your email immediately following the scan. A physical copy of the results and frequency imprints (patches or drops) will be sent via USPS 2 day mail as well. If you prefer, you can defer your consultation until after you have received the physical booklet. This is entirely up to you.
